Assalammu’alaikum,
Dear Admin..
Ikut meramaikan event resep anti gagal NCC ya..

Bolu kukus ketan hitam
Fatmah Bahalwan/ buku 241 resep masakan anti gagal NCC
6 butir telur
200 gr gula pasir
1sdt emulsifier
350gr tepung ketan hitam
200ml santan mental
150 ml minyak goreng
Caranya:
Kocok telur,Gula dan emulsifier sampai kental berjejak
Masukkan tepung ketan hitam,kocok dengan kecepatan rendah.
Terakhir masukkan santan dan minyak,aduk balik dengan spatula.
Kukus salam loyang yang telah dioles margarin, kukus 30-40 menit.
Angkat,keluarkan dari loyang.
